Mindfulness meditation is a practice to connect and ground you to the present moment.  Mindfulness practices can be healing and radically shift our life experience into loving awareness, compassion, and freedom from suffering. 

My teachings emphasize self-care, forgiveness, kindness, and other heart practices to help meet life's joys and struggles. 


I am available for private sessions for individuals, families, or groups.

Mindfulness in Schools

Mindfulness in schools supports to create compassionate learning environments. A culturally sensitive and trauma-informed program can provide teachers, students, staff, and parents with tools that foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and well-being.

 I customize programs specifically to support and fit schedules for school teachers and core teams,  students and parents. The programs are aligned with the Social Emotional Learning Standards and can be integrated into a year long teachers' professional development plan.


Mindfulness in the Workplace

 Mindfulness training can foster a caring climate that acts as a buffer against day-to-day work frustrations and stressors. Mindfulness practices can help staff to thrive and prevent burnout. It can improve self-clarity and decision-making skills; mindful employees are more likely to value ethical standards and take a principled approach to decision making. 

I offer one-time classes, single-day retreats and ongoing programs to advance mindfully in the workplace.
